There’s a new, easy way to catch a ride in Graham and Haw River! ACTA Microtransit provides rideshare options for the residents of Graham and Haw River between 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., Monday-Friday.  The fare is only $2.00 per in-zone trip, or $5.00 to get between zones! (Graham – Mebane)

Microtransit Expands to Mebane!

Starting January 5, ACTA Microtransit will expand to offer trips to and around Mebane!  Visit Mebane downtown, Walmart, or go to the grocery store!  Fares are $2.00 within Mebane or $5.00 to get between Mebane and Graham.

How Does it Work?

To request a ride, you can use the ACTA app (see below) or call the Alamance County Transportation Authority (ACTA) call center 336-222-0565 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday.  You can request a trip to any destination within the service area, or travel to a transit stop in the area to continue your journey with a connecting service such as Link or PART.

Once your ride has been requested, you’ll meet the vehicle at the designated spot and head to your destination!

You may be sharing the ride with other riders in your community headed in the same direction as you.
