Part-Time Drivers Needed (25-30 hrs per week)

Skills and Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • CDL license with passenger endorsement required (must obtain within 6 months – training provided)
  • Ability to carry out assigned trips
  • Team player, positive attitude

Administrative Assistant Needed (30-40 hrs per week with benefits)

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Responsible for clerical/administrative duties related to public transportation services, Routematch transportation system, scheduling and dispatching duties, and light bookkeeping assignments.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE PREREQUISITES:

Mandatory:  High school graduate, direct ability to use PC with Microsoft Products (Excel, Work, PowerPoint). Five to ten years clerical, administrative, and general assignment experience.
Preferred:    Community College business degree.

WORKING PROCEDURE:

  • Perform necessary clerical, administrative, or general functions that may be required.
  • Work with transportation riders including answering phone, answering questions and explaining ACTA programs to clients, receiving and inputting trip information into Routematch, updating rider information.
  • Provide clients with professional and courteous service.
  • Keep office and files in a clean and orderly manner.
  • Perform Bank reconciliations and assist accountant in routine accounting tasks.
  • Assist in dispatching duties (as a backup).

 SKILLS NEEDED:

  • Good communication skills, oral and written
  • Good organizational skills
  • Customer relations skills
  • Good math skills
  • Advanced computer skills and understanding
